Prémio Leya
The Prémio Leya is a Portuguese literary award established in 2008 and awarded annually by the Portuguese book publishing company Leya to an unpublished Portuguese-language novel. The winner receives €100,000.

*2008: In the first edition of the prize, the winner was Brazilian Murilo Antônio de Carvalho, for ''O Rastro do Jaguar''. The juri was presided by Manuel Alegre and included José Carlos Seabra Pereira and Nuno Júdice, from Portugal; Lourenço Rosário, from Mozambique; Pepetela, from Angola; and Rita Chaves and Carlos Heitor Cony, from Brazil.
*2009: The Leya Prize was awarded to João Paulo Borges Coelho, a Mozambican historian and writer.
*2010: Not assigned
*2011: The Leya Prize was awarded to João Ricardo Pedro, from (Portugal), with the book ''O teu rosto será o último''.
*2012: ''Debaixo de algum céu'', from Nuno Camarneiro (Portugal), was the winner.
*2013: ''Uma Outra Voz'', from Gabriela Ruivo Trindade.
*2014: ''O Meu Irmão'', from Afonso Reis Cabral.
